What are your terms & Conditions?

  • The tour/transport must be paid in full by the end of the service. Payments made by cash can be given in full to the driver. drivers can provide a receipt if requested.

  • No alcohol is to be consumed within the vehicle at any time. Water only is permitted and provided.

  • Food is not to be consumed within the vehicle at any time except that which is provided.

  • Illicit substances are not to be on guest’s person or transported within the vehicle at any time.

  • Aggressive or excessively intoxicated guests will not be tolerated. if this behaviour is exhibited, the tour will end at the current location. A refund will not be given.

  • No responsibility will be taken if guests are refused entry or service at a venue for any reason.

  • All venues are to be booked, paid for and/or arranged in advance except venues admitting walk-ins only.

  • Timekeeping is the responsibility of the guests whilst at venues. no liability is taken If guests are late arriving at a venue due to being late leaving the previous one.

  • Safe driving practices are always observed. All guests must wear a seatbelt fastened at all times whilst vehicle is in motion. Guests must keep all limbs, items and belongings wholly within the vehicle at all times.

  • Once the tour has begun, drivers will not liaise with venues on behalf of guests, this is the responsibility of the guests.

    What Payment Methods do you accept?

  • Take your pick, we accept almost all payment methods. If you’d like to pay by:

    *card in advance or need to be reimbursed by your company:

    we can send you a Square invoice. Please note: this must be paid in full prior to date of tour.

    *card on the day:

    we have a square reader on board for your convenience. Please Note: to avoid delays due to lack of cell reception, please let your driver know in advance if using this payment method.

    *Cash on the day:

    Cash is not a problem! Please Note: Drivers carry no cash at all, please have the correct amount as drivers will not be able to give you change.

    Can I Bring my children?

  • of course you can! children are more than welcome on our tours. however, bear in mind that whilst you’re having a great day tasting, it can get very boring for young ones. If you are travelling with children, we ask you bring along enough things for them to do throughout the day. remember: cell and wifi reception can be poor to non-existent around the venues. please don’t rely on electronic devices alone.

    Do you have a Booster/Child Car seat I Can Use?

  • we definitely do! we have a Mother’s Choice Flair II convertible booster that suits children from 6 months to 8 years. children aged 7 years or 144cm and under must travel in an as/nzs1754 approved booster/child car seat in nsw. you are more than welcome to install your own booster/child car seat. a surcharge for use of our booster/child car seat applies at $10 per day. Please note: the sedan is unable to facilitate booster/child car seats. the people mover can facilitate a maximum of two booster/child car seats.

What days do you operate?

  • We’re available 7 days a week. Whichever day works for you, works for us.

    Where do you pick up from?

  • We pick you up at your accommodation or home, depending on where you are staying. We would never ask you to come to us. we take safe driving very seriously and would never leave you in a situation that required you to drive after your tour.

    How long does the tour go for?

  • As long as you want! we will pick you up as early as you’d like to start and we will drop you off as late as you’d like to finish. we don’t have cut-off times. a full day tour means just that - a full day. we’ve had guests that go out for a couple of hours and call it a day. we’ve had others that get picked up at 9:30am to start at their first winery and don’t get dropped off until after last call at Harrigan’s Irish Pub at 11:30pm. It’s your tour.

    Do You Offer a half day tour?

  • Only want to go out for a few hours? no problem at all. we’’ve got you covered. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a price reduction for this service, it would be charged at the full-day rate.

    Can you make bookings for me?

  • If you’ve never been on a tour before, making bookings can be a bit daunting. there are so many to choose from. Likewise, if you just don’t have time to check availabilities and schedules. No problem, we can help you out. either you tell us where you want to visit and we’ll put them in order and book them for you or we’ll ask you some questions about your tastes and find some venues to suit you. bookings themselves are charged at the same rate as the venues charge, however, a $10 surcharge applies to cover the card fees for us to organise and book your itinerary.

    Can I Bring my dog?

  • We’d love to host your doggo! there are so many venues that are dog friendly, with more being added to that list regularly. for the comfort of future guests, please be sure your furry friend has recently been bathed and flea treated. as some of the venues can get muddy, in the case of wet weather, please bring a towel for dirty paws. let your driver know when making a booking if puppers will be joining your tour. All pooches get a free gift when travelling with us. please note: the sedan is not suitable for large dogs.

    Do You Pick up or drop off at Sydney airport?

  • Unfortunately we don’t travel quite as far as sydney airport. However, we do pick up and drop off at Morisset station. with trains leaving for central station hourly, including weekends, this is a cheap and comfortable way to travel between sydney and the hunter valley vineyards.

    Do I have to book all the stops on my tour?

  • No, not all stops. however, the majority of venues do require a booking. If you visited the hunter valley before COVID-19, you’ll remember most venues were walk-in only and it was chaos. with restrictions during COVID-19 limiting visitors and capacities, many venues discovered how well this system worked and decided to stick with it. that way you have a location and staff member set aside for you. whilst some venues are a little more relaxed through the week, we’d hate for you to be disappointed by being turned away from somewhere you really wanted to visit because you didn’t book.

    Can I Drink Alcohol In The Vehicle?

  • No. Water is the only beverage we allow to be consumed in any of the vehicles. consider the comfort of our future guests, you wouldn’t want to ride in a vehicle covered in red wine stains.

    Can I Eat In The Vehicle?

  • Only the snacks we provide you. If you want to stop off and get something to eat, just ask your driver. Don’t be that disrespectful person that showers everyone in chips and wipes their greasy hands everywhere. Please consider our future guests.
